A group described by The Guardian as a “prominent publisher of material questioning the consensus on climate science” that was launched by former MP and climate change-sceptic Nigel Lawson in 2009. The foundation cherry-picks the vanishingly small amount of material from scientists and others that believe that climate change is not man-made, and completely ignores the 99.99% of science that consistently proves the link between greenhouse gas emissions and climate change. Most of the climate-denialist and climate-delaying material originates from fossil fuel corporations who have known for decades that their activities are contributing to climate change but who, in the name of profit, want this to be ignored.
